These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Skylimpic Travel Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our services you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide air ticketing, charter flights, Hajj & Umrah packages, hotel bookings, cargo & logistics, tours and airport transfers. All services are subject to availability and the terms of the respective airlines, hotels and operators.
2. Bookings and Payments
Quotes are subject to change until confirmed and paid. Full or deposit payment as advised is required to confirm bookings. Ticket and package prices may change due to airline or supplier rules, fuel surcharges or currency fluctuations until issued.
3. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations and changes are subject to the fare rules of the airline or supplier and any service fees we charge. Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel.
4. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you hold valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates and any other documents required for your journey. We can advise but are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
5. Liability
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels and other suppliers. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, delays, cancellations or force majeure events.
6. Privacy
Personal data provided for bookings is used to deliver the requested services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
